Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Paths of the Digitalization Construction of New Think Tanks in Jiangsu Province
This project summarizes the valuable experiences and current challenges of numerous domestic and international think tanks in the construction of digital tools (such as information systems, databases, research software, and technical methods), the creation of communication matrices, the formation of information technology talent teams, and the allocation of funds. It takes into account the actual development and inherent advantages of new think tanks in Jiangsu. Based on this analysis, the project proposes a development path focusing on informatization, datafication, and intelligentization. It constructs a "1+N+X" framework for building information resources and tools aimed at supporting the digital transformation of think tanks.
China Science and Technology Think Tank’s Service Platform
This project, commissioned by the China Association for Science and Technology, is structured around a "four-in-one" business scenario. The project uses the strategic development analysis scenario as a static resource support, gathering databases of institutions, experts, achievements, activities, and model methods to provide precise resource search and recommendation. It focuses on think tank research, services, and promotion as dynamic applications, creating a specialized database to support the efficient work of scientific and technological professionals. The service portal acts as a gateway, establishing a unified service entry to showcase the think tank ecosystem. Institutional system design serves as a safeguard, empowering the continuous application and improvement of the "Smart China" initiative.
Evaluation of Think Tank Construction in Henan University
The main content of the evaluation work is to comprehensively assess the construction situation of HNU's new think tanks from 2019 to 2022. It aims to summarize the construction experiences and lessons. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen and improve HNU's new think tank construction efforts.
